Using the "Find" field

You can type search characters in the Find field at the top of the view, or click the down arrow to search all available information.

To use the Find field:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select the area for the results you want to find. For example, under Hubs, click Programs or Projects.
  2. In the Find field at the top of the view, do one of the following:
    • Click the down arrow and make a selection from the drop-down list.
    • Type one or more characters in the field to filter the list. Pause to allow time for the result to refresh and then make a selection from the filtered drop-down list.
  3. After making your selection, if you are in the Detail view, you can use the arrows to the right of the Find field to scroll through the search results.
    Tip: To view all of the results in a list, click List view and repeat the search.
